Responsibilities:

 

The successful candidate will serve as the main administrative support for our RecruitLink system.  RecruitLink is the Baker Hughes Applicant Tracking System that is used to track all candidates who apply to Baker Hughes.  As an administrative assistant on the RecruitLink team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a recruiting software tool used by Baker Hughes Worldwide.  This position is in the Human Resources Department  This is a chance to be exposed to our global recruiting process and be a key part of the success of this new tool.  Responsibilites include:

Maintain library of RecruitLink training materialsProvide advanced support to RecruitLink users including troubleshooting and improving software usageCreate new users in the systemSchedule training courses Monitor use of system and run reports as needed.Manage dupliates and merge files as neededAnwer user questions regarding software and applicant process.Record feedback from RecruitLink user to develop an implement additional enhancements.May be responsible for performing office tasks such as filing and/or maintaining highly confidential records, processing transactions and other similar duties. May prepare reports, presentations or correspondence. Follow organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks. May handle special projects as assigned. Work under limited supervision.

 

Skill Requirements:




Advanced computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office software packages and/or company-specific databases. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills. Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment. Self-motivated.


Education/Experience:
