Human Resources Clerk/Receptionist

Aesculap has an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist / Human Resources Clerk.  Responsibilities include representing Aesculap as the front desk receptionist / switchboard operator to all visitors and callers.  Responsible for a wide variety of tasks in support of the daily operations of the Human Resources department by performing administrative and clerical duties as needed. Administrator of automated time and attendance system ensuring accuracy and payroll deadlines.  Requires H.S. Diploma / Associate?s degree in related field.  One year experience as a receptionist using a multi-line phone system preferred.  Pleasant and professional telephone manner and professional appearance must be maintained.  Two years experience in a business environment; Human Resources preferred.  Must have prior experience with Microsoft Office.
