Our company seeks a PT Human Resources Coordinator to be responsible for supporting the firm?s centralized HR operation.  This position includes maintaining personnel information, data entry into the HRIS, creating reports, verifying employment, submitting tuition reimbursements, the processing of employee referral bonuses, provide recruiting assistance as necessary and  acting as a point person for employee questions about benefits, policies and procedures. 

This position offers challenging work in a team setting under experienced leaders. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and goal oriented and be able to work with minimal direction and produce under deadlines. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

 

Requirements include: at least 2 years of experience working within an HR dept or professional office setting, Strong computer aptitude (Microsoft Office skills preferred) and a 2 year degree preferred.

 

This is a part time position, approx 20 hours per week.
