INSIDE SALES SUPPORT

T&K Asphalt Services, Inc. provides top quality asphalt services throughout New England. We?re a fast growing company offering great pay and benefits. We?re looking for a dependable, extremely organized individual, with computer/typing skills. This is a seasonal (April ? December each year), hourly position which provides support to the Inside Sales Manager and the Sales Team.

Responsibilities include:

? Entering Quotes

? Converting Orders

? Faxing

? Data Entry

? Literature Fulfillment

The ideal candidate should be:

? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

? Must have good communication skills both verbal and written

? Strong follow-through and the ability to multi-task

? Willingness to work extra hours as needed to handle all Sales related issues with a sense of urgency
