Ingersoll Rand Climate Control Technologies Sector is seeking an experienced ISO Coordinator for our Suwanee, GA location.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Maintain records and documents related to the ISO (International Standards Organization) certification for Atlanta Systems and provide other administrative support, as needed for the manufacturing facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all aspects of corrective action system. Work with supervisors and hourly employees to complete root cause analysis for internal problems and address issues with suppliers and other IR facilities. Analyze corrective actions for effectiveness and determine if the scope of the action is broad enough.

Maintain ISO documents and records. This will include previous management reviews, results of audits, customer feedback, and work instructions. Prepare documentation for ISO management reviews.

Prepare key management reports based on data gathered to track facility performance to key metrics. Provide administrative support for Quality Management staff at Hussmann Atlanta facility

Work with the Quality Manager and the Quality Department to drive the use of a quality systems and visual management to the next level in Atlanta Systems Manufacturing.

Schedule internal audits, track completion, and ensure follow up on internal corrective actions.

Maintain the MRB (Material Review Board) Tracking System, including SCAR and RMA. This includes updating the Quality Control Daily Defect Tracking Information database. All other duties associated with these processes.

Work with hourly employees, supervisors, Quality Engineer and Focus Factory Managers to ensure that calibration system is kept up to date.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with ISO documentation, ability to comprehend and analyze basic manufacturing data, ability to influence change, and experience with visual management tools.

Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, Access and PowerPoint.

Experience with preparing charts/graphs and management level reports.

Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.
