We are experiencing growth in the marketplace so we are looking for a Sales Account Manager to begin work immediately.  DynPro, Inc. is a fast growing IT consulting and staff augmentation firm.  We are looking to expand the number of our in-house full-time Sales Team to meet the growing demand in our worldwide headquarters, which is located near the Research Triangle Park in North Carolina.  Our office is strategically located between Cary, Chapel Hill, Durham, and Raleigh with easy access to I-40, I-540 and US 70.  It is our desire to focus our sales efforts in the Research Triangle and other strategic areas of North Carolina.  However, you would not be limited to this geographical area only.

 

To be a successful, you should possess the following:

 3 to 5 years of sales experience in IT or staff augmentation industries

 A proven track record of success achieved by selling on value and the building of long-term relationships.

 Excellent knowledge of the marketplace and have current contacts within the marketplace.

 Solid understanding of information technology systems and roles.

 Self-motivation with strong work ethic, demonstrated ?ownership? in your work, and the ?Drive? to produce results

Excellent time management skills.

 Strong business development and strategic planning skills related to building your book of business.

 The ability to work effectively with team members such as professional recruiters and other Account Managers.
