Our customer, EDS, a global outsourcing leader, is seeking customer service/call center reps at their Philadelphia, PA location, conveniently located next to the PATCO Woodcrest station.

Our ideal candidate is a team player with call center/customer service experience and outstanding listening and communication skills. Will respond to inquiries from plan participants (i.e. annual enrollment, coordination of benefits and plan offerings) and other aspects of plan participation (rollovers, withdrawals, loans and final distributions). Full plan training provided! Looking for candidates with call center customer service experience and experience with Defined Benefits. Must have a high math apptitude. Experience in a call center and dealing with benefits is mandatory!
