Our client, a leading provider of automotive and specialty insurance services is currently seeking to expand their fast-growing bilingual Customer Service team!  These star players receive 50 - 75 calls per day from consumers inquiring about services, and are quickly able to operate within several windows on a computer at one time.

We are seeking strong bilingual individuals with 3+ years of Customer Service experience in an inbound call center.  Also, all applicants must have
Excellent communication skills
Pleasant phone demeanor
Ability to multi-task
Detailed follow-up skills
Attention to detail
Willingness to make the customer happy
Fluency in another language

 

In return for being a great employee, you will have access to this immediate temp to hire opportunity!  Salary for this position starts at $12.50 - 14.00 per hour, and you can earn up to $32,000 a year once hired on.  Hours for this position are 10 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday.
