Desired Qualifications: 

 

?  At least 3 recent years of experience as an administrative assistant

?  typing speed of 40 wpm

?  Proficiency on MS Office Suite

?  calendars/scheduling, supporting multiple staff members

?  Strong general office experience (Greeting visitors, manage filing system, distribute and send out mail, maintain office supplies, and copying documents)
