Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Located north of Boston, our client is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative.

The primary function of the Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative is to assist customers and service engineers with ordering spare parts, consumables, opening dispatches, collection and communication of all pertinent information from/to customers and clients and accurately process all paperwork necessary. Assist in selling service contracts and consumables. This is a fast paced environment with lots of daily interruptions.

Candidate must have following skill set:

? At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience

? Strong proficiency in with Microsoft Word and Excel Data Entry

? Excellent communication skills, including professional phone technique

? Strong organizational and interpersonal skills essential

? Pleasant and professional personal interaction skills

? Ability to accurately handle multiple tasks in a fast-pace, detail oriented environment
