Integrative administrative assistant

Well established Oakland company looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to work side by side with a group of busy Property Managers. Candidate will mainly be dealing with supporting a group of Property Managers. Responsibilities will mainly include addressing tenant issues, processing tenant paperwork, understanding/adhering to rental guidelines and restrictions, copying, filing and faxing. • Prepare and maintain new tenant packets, conduct tenant background checks and prepares new tenant files. Schedule meetings, appointments and property viewings • Perform a variety of confidential tasks. • Shared back up relief for receptionist as needed. • Other duties as requested by supervisor.
