Performance Management Consulting, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aviel Systems, Inc. We are a business established in 1997 to assist Federal Government and other clients in optimizing business performance. PMC assists clients in achieving their performance goals for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction through effective information technology (IT), workforce, and knowledge management.
We have an immediate opening for an Intermediate Acquisition Support Specialist located at our customer site in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will provide acquisition support for various customers in the DC metropolitan area in the areas of pre- and post-award activities.
Responsibilities:
Pre- and post-award contract activities such as development of: acquisition strategy and planning documentation; market research, solicitation (RFQ, RFP, TOR) packages, Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), technical evaluation criteria, source selection plans, proposal evaluation and facilitation support; and related contract administration support.
Qualifications:
Candidates shall have at least 8 direct years of experience either as a Federal Contracting Professional or providing program management support for a Federal Procurement or Federal Program Management Office. Must be familiar with the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Candidates should demonstrate qualifications in analysis and communications for greatest consideration. In addition, interested candidates must have a Bachelors degree (for mid to senior level position) or 24 undergraduate credit hours in a Business, Finance, Law, Contracts or Acquisition discipline (for mid to junior level position). CPCM, CACM, or DAWIA certification is a plus.
