Who is our ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate has the following skills and experiences:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Three to five years related experience

* Strong communication skills, as the candidate will be in communication with registered representatives and their assistants

* NASD Series 6 or 7 required in first 3 months, NASD Series 26 or 24 required in first year

* Strong multi-tasking skills

* Strong organizational skills

What are the job responsibilities?
Responsibilities include:

* Responsible for providing high level operational support for the broker dealer.

* Works on complex issues in the Trade Review and New Businss Operations Area.

* Reviews the following new business to ensure it is in good order: Mutual funds, Retirement Products, Annuities, life insurance and other investment products.

* Establishes new accounts, ensuring all necessary documents are on file for clients. Maintain accurate and complete data on existing client files.

* Responds to telephone inquiries from internal and external customers including registered representatives regarding account status, account changes and/or the account transfer process. Acts as a liaison between banks and account executives.

* Perform various account calculations/reconciliations.

* May be involved with special projects, as needed

Our investment coordinators are responsible for ensuring all of our reps new business is in good order. They work closely with our Workflow team to get new business processed in a timely and accurate manner.
