Investor Relations Administrative Associate

Primary Objective of Position:
The Administrative Associate, Investor Relations will report to the Sr. Vice President of Investor Relations and will provide administrative and special project support to the IR Department

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage Administrative aspects for Investor Relations Department
- Assist in communications with investors
- Process daily incoming requests from mail, e-mail, voice mail and web site
- Provide support in the daily monitoring of stock activity
- Assist in compiling competitive analysis and monitoring general industry activity
- Maintain and update investor contact database

Preferred Experience Requirements:
- Two to three years experience as an Admin is preferred.
- Data or financial experience preferred.

Preferred Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) with a Mathematics, Statistical, Finance, Accounting or Science background is preferred.

Minimum Education Requirements:
BA/BS

Preferred Skills & Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Needs to be able to take detailed notes from meetings, presentations, and conference calls)
- Detail oriented, well organized and enjoys working in a team
environment
- Solid analytical skills
