Jr. Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsible for Issue resolution of short payments.Report to the Compliance Manager Support and back up for the Team LeadSupport retrieving signed contracts and enforcing contract termsEstablish and maintain a mutually beneficial/professional relationship with vendor contacts (especially the aggressive personalitiesHandle projects upon request and have the ability to balance and reconcile the most difficult accountsCreative solutions: proactive prevention of service and compliance issues.Return/Answer vendor calls in a reasonable time framePossess the working knowledge of system and entry of specs, contract distribution, etc.
In addition to the responsibilities above, this position is responsible for meeting or exceeding team/department goals by achieving the highest level of vendor satisfaction within the team. This candidate should be able to multi-task on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism and excellent written and verbal communications skills a must. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) also required.
