To make your mark as a "Top Tier" Administrative Assistant you will be challenged on a day-to-day basis with the following duties and responsibilities.  Manage filing systemAnswering telephone callsAudit and maintain various spreadsheetsScanning of documentsAd hoc projects as neededPosition requires working in a fast-paced team environment with heavy workload Position also requires attention to detail and superb organizational skills.

 

 

Qualifications: Previous administrative experience of 1+ yearsProven technical competency and experience in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook). Organizational and communication proficiency are required along with the ability to be flexible and prioritize according to the business need in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidate will be an energetic self-starter with a strong drive to excel. Exceptional telephone management skills and etiquette required. Must take initiative in learning and applying new skills.
