Responsibilities
Law clerk for cite-checking and legal research in the San Francisco office. Citation validation and updating using proprietary software.

Qualifications
Requirements: Completion of Legal Research and Writing class and a superior command of American English grammar, punctuation, and mechanics; knowledge of Windows, Internet research, Microsoft office, and general electronic file management. Knowledge/interest in electronic publishing and/or html/sgml/xml a plus. Ability to learn new software applications and editorial processes quickly and adeptly. Multi-tasker, responsible, and reliable.
