Lanier is seeking dynamic individuals to become an integral part of our high caliber facilities management division at facility in El Cajon, San Diego area as a Lead Copy Service Operator.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Coordinating and preparing projects for printing, including electronic file conversion, document scanning and enhancement, from start to delivery.

Downloading jobs from email or print queue, sizing, reproducing, sorting and finishing as requested.

Establishing and maintaining quality controls to ensure work accuracy.

Keeping logs of downtime, repairs and meter charges of all copiers/printers in the building. Placing and tracking equipment service calls.

Replacing toner, cleaning machines and stocking paper as required.

Meeting and/or exceeding the customers? requirements to ensure total customer satisfaction.
