Lanier Professional Services has a brand new opportunity opening up in the Detroit, Michigan Area, where we will be responsible for managing and operating copy services, print vendors and copy fleet management for a state education facility. We are looking for an experienced and intelligent person to join a growing and developing team.
As members of a well-run team, you will be responsible for managing all copy and print jobs that come into our copy center. Additionally, you will manage the fleet of copiers and printers that Lanier has located throughout the campus by managing service calls, stocking toner and paper. Most importantly will be the relationship building that you will do with all members of the faculty and your outstanding customer service skills will be demonstrated as you interact daily in person and on the phone with our customers directly.
To qualify for our positions, you <b>MUST</b> meet the following requirements:
A <b>minimum</b> of 2 years experience in either a corporate copy center or print shop, or a retail copy center or print shop.
All applicants must have an intermediate understanding of MS Office products including utilizing email, PDF formats and file manipulation.
All applicants MUST have at least 2 years of solid customer service experience.
All applicants should have a stable job history with at least 2 recent and professional employment references.
All applicants must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation due to the nature of the occasional delivery services that we provide, as well as being able to get around the campus on a regular basis.
