Lead Management Coordinator

Manages lead activity organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

 

Lead Assignment:

?  Goal ? have fulfillment reach 85% for all campaigns

?  After fulfillment ? have morning meeting with Sales Manager to discuss fulfillment; where new lenders are needed and / or where there are too many lenders in a given territory

o Sales Manager to provide insight as to where company can fill lenders to meet goals

o Contact made with Vice President of division if there is a need for internal division to cover certain areas in order to obtain 85% fulfillment

Daily E-mail correspondence to Sales Manager, Vice President and CEO outlining:

?  Number of leads received

?  Fulfillment percentage obtained

?  Areas in need of additional lender coverage

?  Revenue per lead

Purchase Orders:

?  Work with Account Managers to initiate new accounts

?  Ensure that all account information is inputted accurately

?  Devise a lead assignment schedule for lender to be filled within 60 days (unless indicated otherwise by Sales Manager and / or Account Manager)

?  Ensure credit cards and checks are in the company?s possession before any leads are assigned to new accounts.

Sales Supports:

?  Process returned leads

?  Sending out new lender welcome kits

?  Help coordinate overnight packages for sales team

?  Twice weekly, unless otherwise directed by Sales Manager, an email shall be sent to the Account Managers indicating any and all accounts with balances of 10 or less leads

Information Technology:

?  Act as divisional liaison between division and Information Technology Department

?  Run various reports needed to make business decisions for Sales Manager and Vice President

Infocision Fulfillment:

?  Oversee fulfillment
