Lead Part-Time Research/Professional Interviewer

Position Responsibilities:

Strategic Programs is looking for a dedicated, conscientious individual to fill the role of Lead Part-Time Exit Interviewer.  Lead Part-Time Exit Interviewers are responsible for conducting long-distance exit interviews by telephone and acting as the liaison between Part-Time Exit Interviewers and the STOP Supervisor and assisting with training and ongoing questions as needed.  This is not a telemarketing position. 

 

Requirements:Has one to two years customer service/office work experienceHas the ability to deal with a wide range of peopleUnderstands the need for excellent listening skillsIs objectiveShows accuracy in their workHas a clear, friendly speaking voice and understands correct grammarUnderstands basic computer software (Word and Excel)Shows initiativeUnderstands accountabilityMaintains professionalism at all times

 

Compensation/Benefits:

The starting salary for this position is $15/hour.
