Lean Leader

Parker Hannifin, Racor Division is searching for a Lean Leader.  This position includes the following job functions:

Assist, lead and facilitate Lean activitites.  Kaizen event facilitator.  Kanban system implementation, management or assistance.  Value Stream mapping.  Assist Value Stream Managers and Plant managers with completion or coordination of work plan tasks.  Assist with developing and implementation of Lean metrics.  Maintain knowledge and experience with Lean Enterprise via formal training experience.  Assist all team efforts related to Lean implementation.  Train and assist Lean Facilitators and other Lean related tasks and functions as assigned.

A four year degree or equivalent experience is required.Kaizen or Lean experience along with proven communication skills preferred.  Knowledge of Lean principles is required.
