We are seeking a talented candidate with the following skills:

 

-  High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree)

-  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

-  Must possess a strong work ethic and personal integrity

-  Ability to follow through with projects

-Must be detail-oriented with excellent time management skills 

-  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume

-  Team-oriented

 

The position?s functions include:

-  Handle incoming correspondence from courts, debtors, attorneys, clients, and third parties

- Process summons being issued for service and being

  returned from servers

- Follow up with the courts for timely return of issued suits

- Review litigation claims to be issued

- Provide support to paralegals and other legal assistants, including data entry & document preparation

- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
