LEGAL COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT

Fort Wayne based collection agency with in-house legal department is seeking an experienced legal collections assistant for immediate employment within its Fort Wayne office. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of one (1) year experience in a law firm or in-house legal department with direct experience in both pre and post judgment matters, document prep, court contact, and scheduling. The preferred candidate will be highly organized, dependable, and a self-starter. Position requires independent reasoning, professional demeanor and minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with available benefits. Hourly rate of $12 to $15 dependent upon experience. Resumes may be transmitted electronically to mcook@creditmax1.com .
