Job Description: Dynamic legal company has a growth position for a legal file clerk. Duties include: 1.File Organization
> creating case-related folders and sub-folders
> maintaining the files to ensure that all "loose" information is placed into the accurate files
2. Updating Pleading Indexes
> creating index for each case
> updating index with all pleadings from attorney and opposing counsel
3. Creation of Claims and/or Hearing/Trial Notebooks
> creating notebooks based on what information the attorney needs for a specific case.
