Licensed Sales Assistant


The successful candidate will have worked in the financial services industry for the past two years providing support to licensed brokers or financial advisors, have strong verbal and written communication skills, proven impeccable attention to detail, and history managing multiple tasks and preparing financial documentation.  Candidates must have a Series 7 securities license.

The Licensed Sales Assistant will be a member of our Client Support Team, and will initially coordinate and assist in all areas of clients? 1031 real estate exchange transactions. Responsibilities will include:

1. Work with Planner in assembling Client suitability documentation.
2. Prepare Qualified Intermediary (QI) document.
3. Meet Client specific deadlines.
5. Update and monitor current TIC property offerings.
6. Prepare and integrate client information into required documentation.
7. Schedule Client appointments as necessary 
8. Meet with Client to facilitate document execution.
9. Monitor paperwork flow to Sponsor.
10. Analyze and review closing documents and facilitate completion.
12. Perform post-close follow-up with Client and Sponsor.
13. Update business tracking documentation.
14. Prepare files for archive.


Other responsibilities include:
Coordinate and attend approved educational workshops.
Manage relationships with Tenant In Common property sponsors.
Provide expertise on current available TIC properties.
Contribute to company?s Strategic Objective and client acquisition strategies.
