JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for greeting clients, controlling multiple phone lines, expediting, initiating and coordinating the administrative duties. Initiate correspondence, through letters, memos and emails. Broker contacts & productivity tracking, new business processing & policy administration.
Benefits include Medical & Life Insurance coverage, also 401k plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Be familiar with Life Insurance Licensing, Policy Holder Administration, Life Illustrations- New & Inforce
2) Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Act, Publisher, Excel and Quickbooks.
3) Excellent writing and proofreading skills
4) Flexible with ability to multi-task
5) Ability to organize priorities and complete projects on tight deadlines
6) Strong team player with excellent organizational and planning skills
7) Series 6 License
8) Experience working with Life COLI & BOLI Producers.
9) Experience A MUST!
