People Resources, Inc., a leading Tampa based recruitment firm is seeking a Documentation Preparation Specialist for a local?financial services company.

Job Summary

Responsible for the preparation and processing of all necessary documents related to loans.

?

Essential Job Functions

1.? Processes loan applications and loan documentation.?

2.? Assembles, checks and verifies the accuracy of all loan documentation necessary for loan closings. ??

3.? Provides proper loan disclosures within required timeframes.

4.? May enter loan data into the computer system.

5.? Assists in scheduling loan closings and answers routine questions regarding the loan process.

6.? File, type and organize as needed.

7. Attend work on a regular basis, on time, and withstand varying degrees of stress.??????

Education and Experience

High school degree or equivalent.? 0-2 years banking experience.? Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software programs.?

Skills and Abilities

Exhibits excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills by demonstrating cooperation, courtesy, and respect when interacting with customers, supervisors/managers, and co-workers.? Excellent communication skills needed to provide information to and obtain information from various and diversified sources.? Strong organizational skills are essential.?

Physical Demands

The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.? The employee will regularly sit; talk; hear; and use hands to finger, handle or feel.? The employee will frequently reach with hands and arms.? The employee will occasionally stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.? Special vision requirements include close, distant, and peripheral vision, the ability to adjust focus, and depth perception.? The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.? The employee will occasionally be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
