-Completes coordination between all applicable parties for all air, ocean or ground import and export shipments.
-Ensures service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with client and company objectives.
-Prepares documents necessary to complete customs clearance process.
-Helps ensure that the quality system is implemented and maintained within area of responsibility.
-Prepares, issues, and submits documentation to ensure proper importation/exportation of cargo.
-Provides clients with advice concerning terms of delivery and payment, insurance, services (air, ocean, or transport) or other matters affecting client needs.
-Arranges for consolidation and/or deconsolidation of containers.
Ensures invoicing of rendered services is completed accurately and in a timeframe consistent with company policy.
