The Customer Service/Logistics organization is a diverse, high performance, team based organization.  The Customer Team Logistics Coordinator (CTLC) demonstrates business ownership in the total order management process (from order generation through receivables management) and by supporting the Wal-Mart Distribution Center/Sam’s Club Replenishment process. Primary responsibilities include order management to support on time, complete, accurately billed shipments, and assistance with replenishment management to support target customer inventory/in-stock service levels. Customer Team Logistics Coordinators provide critical customer service linkage with external customers, the sales organization and ship sites, and are expected to develop a level of understanding and expertise in systems/processes to support process improvements. Prior experience with Wal-Mart Applications such as Retail Link (Data Management), Two Tier Replenishment, and Inforem (Inventory Management Software), and/or manipulating and interpreting data is useful.  CTLC’s share team coverage of weekend order management, currently 4 — 5 weekends per year.



Intermediate Excel and Word for Windows, strong leadership, thinking/problem solving, strong interpersonal skills, decision making & priority setting.

 

Candidates must have a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education.

 

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, refugee, asylee or lawful permanent resident.
