MAILROOM - COPY CENTER CLERK

We are currently in search of two Office Service Clerks to be located at our Corporate Facility in San Antonio, Texas.

This position will provide in-house mailroom and copying services to corporate office employees. Will be responsible for the daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail at the corporate location and will work closely with the Post Office, UPS, Airborne and other miscellaneous couriers. This position will also provide relief support to the receptionist.

Key duties include the following:
? Operates copy center equipment to provide in-house copying services to corporate office employees.
? Handles incoming and outgoing faxes, routes and distributes faxes, letters, etc.
? Orders, distributes and restocks supplies.
? Back-up for receptionist/switchboard operator.
? Assist internal customers with mailroom and copy center procedures.
? Maintains log for charges to color copies and toners as well as log packages and create and/or update other reports in Excel.
? Sort mail from 5 post office boxes daily. Sort interoffice mail daily from all Clarke American locations nationwide. Assist billing with transporting statements to mailroom to be picked up by National Pre-sort Inc.
? Process mail twice weekly for all Clarke American locations outside of San Antonio. Process mail twice daily for all Clarke American locations within the San Antonio area. ? Packages, ships and/or distributes various items. Assist corporate associates with special mail outs as needed. Tracks mail charges and packages as needed.
? Deliver and obtain signatures for incoming rush packages daily via UPS, Airborne Express, USPS, FedEx and various couriers
? Process business packages via Airborne and UPS

High School education required. Experience with copiers and faxes preferred. Copy center, mailroom and/or switchboard experience preferred. Good communication skills and able to multitask. Must be able to identify and retain knowledge of names/locations. Excel skills preferred
