Major Function
Assists in coordinating and executing all marketing programs at Boston Logan International Airport.

Responsibilities:
Monthly Employee Specials Calendar and leasing newsletters. Distribute to airport employees.
Coordination of merchant communications and marketing collateral.
Works with the visual merchandiser to establish timelines for changing the display cubes and maintaining visual standards.
Tenant requests for Marketing Collateral and support.
Assists with special events and promotions
Updates websites. Updates Shopping & Dining guide with leasing changes as necessary.
Assists the GM with coordination of the T.O.S Program.
Provides research and support to the GM in creation of the annual Marketing Plan for each airport.
Collects and provides statistical data to summarize area comparisons

Skills

d) Prior marketing or business experience/background or education helpful
e) Exceptional written communication and oral skills
f) Proficient on basic Microsoft Office platform/Internet and Power Point
g) College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
