Job Posting Description
Manages daily operations of assigned departments and programs. In collaboration with clinical leadership, prepares and implements operating and capital budgets; meets volume projections; adheres to billing guidelines; develops administrative procedures that support the Health Center's multicultural and diverse staff and patient population; coordinates activities that expedite patient flow; oversees departmental upkeep and maintenance; purchases and maintains equipment. Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintains a collaborative working relationship with designated departments within Children's Hospital.
