General Position Responsibilities

To sort and distribute regular, certified, and overnight mail.? Ensure that all supply orders are placed through the Ariba supply ordering system.? Candidate should also have the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.

Specific Responsibilities
?
????? Sort and deliver all incoming mail
????? Ensures that pouch mail is in order for pick-up
time
????? Responsible for ordering special supply requests on Ariba system
????? Deliver supplies
????? Stock exchange areas and copy centers with mailing supplies and paper
????? Track and deliver overnight and 2nd day mail
????? Data entry billing and payment of vendor's invoices for the department
????? Multi-task with other functions in the department
?
Candidate Specifications
????????? High School Diploma
????????? Basic computer knowledge
????????? Ability to interact with all levels of professionals
????????? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
????????? Attention to detail.
????????? Must be able to function well as part of the team
?
