DUTIES:

Mail processing: sort and deliver incoming mail; collect, sort and process outgoing mail Deliver copy paper and office supplies throughout the corporate office Record and deliver incoming express packages Process outgoing express packages for delivery; utilize on-line tracking systems as required Corporate driving assignments as required Back-up mail courier driver Conference room set-up

 SKILLS REQUIRED:

Ability to move/lift 50 pounds on a regular basis Excellent and professional level customer service on a daily basis Goal oriented team player Strong attention to detail PC literate Able to work overtime on short notice

EDUCATION/TRAINING DESIRED:

Two year courier and mail processing experience desired Mechanical aptitude helpful

 EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:

Valid Washington State driver?s license and clean driving record; driving test will be administered for final candidates High school graduate or equivalent
