Terranova Corporation, a leading Commercial Real Estate company is looking for an energetic, reliable, self-motivated Mail Room/Office Clerk with a real passion for customer service and problem solving for our corporate office on Miami Beach.

Candidate must possess strong organizational skills; excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to follow instructions; work accurately under pressure and flexible to adapting to changing working environments.  Candidate will perform general mail room/office clerk duties.  Distribution of incoming/outgoing faxes (electronically or manually); mail; inventory control; messenger service; maintenance of office supply order and equipment.  Other general office service duties may include filing, data entry and relief receptionist. 

 

Must have a high school degree; Microsoft Office knowledge and reliable transportation and a minimum of 1 year office work experience.
