Mailroom Clerk - IMMEDIATE OPENING

Mailroom Clerk Needed   Our client a leading banking institution is seeking a temporary Mailroom Clerk, in their Schaumburg location.

 

Sorts incoming mail for distribution and dispatches outgoing mail. Opens mail and stamps with date and time. Readdresses undeliverable mail and dispatches. Examines and stamps outgoing mail. Folds letters and circulars. Distributes and collects mail. Weighs mail as necessary. Records registered mail.

High school diploma plus one year of clerical experience preferred. Able to read and comprehend simple instructions. Good common sense and good oral communication skills. Able to lift up to 25 pounds. Adaptable to change, able to multi-task and move from floor to floor as required.
