We are looking for a dependable individual to fill the role of Mailroom Coordinator. 

 

Responsibilities:

?  Receive and log incoming mail from US Postal, DHL and UPS drops

?  Sort and distribute incoming mail

?  Pick up outgoing mail from different locations within the company

?  Meter outgoing US mail

?  Sort and fold forms for bulk mailings

?  Make address corrections in billing software system

?  Maintain equipment used for mail

?  Make courier runs on an as needed basis (mileage paid additional)

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

?  Dependable with good attendance

?  Familiar with Microsoft Excel

?  Ability to organize, prioritize and multi task

?  Detail oriented and committed to producing accurate work

?  Ability to learn quickly and work in fast pace environment

?  Good verbal communication skills

?  Data entry experience required

?  Internal customer service experience required
