Mailroom Employee

Pacific Office Automation has been in business since 1976 and is one of the largest independently owned document imaging dealers in the nation.  We have 13 branch offices in Washington, Oregon, Utah and Arizona, built on the belief that our success is dependent upon the people we employ.  Our growth has created a need for a Mailroom Employee. 

 

Ideal candidates will be competent self-organizers with a positive attitude and the ability to handle crucial deadlines.

 

Responsibilities include:

 Maintain accuracy of mailroom distributionOversee quality of copy productionMeet multiple deadline under busy conditions Coordinate service and maintenance on all equipment 

 

Requirements:

 Experience with, and working knowledge of copier/duplicating equipmentExperience in operation of copy center/mailroom environmentDecision making, problem solving and customer service skills

 

You will need to be able to balance work loads and prioritize projects.
