Maintenance Clerk
The following explains the job responsibilities and expectations for all employees who are classified in this job family. This job description is not intended to include an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required. Additional responsibilities may be assigned according to the needs of the Company, project, or contract.
The Maintenance Clerk will be responsible for performing the following tasks: maintaining department records, files, correspondence logs and tracking systems; inputting maintenance related data into Plant computer databases; compiling monthly, quarterly, and biannual reports from maintenance data; typing letters, documents, technical reports and other department correspondence; performing receptionist tasks; entering work summaries of tasks on-going and completed by field personnel; inventory and restock of office supplies.
