20 year old International Satellite Telecommunications company is seeking a professional Front Office Coordinator to manage the front office and support the Office Manager, HR Manager, Marketing Department, the CEO, assist with Trade Shows and Proposal Generation. 

 

To make you mark and be rewarded with more responsibilities by taking initiative to do more than outlined below you will first need to master the following duties effectively. 

? Assist the HR Manager with misc. HR duties

? Assist the Marketing Manager with Trace Show coordination

? Assist the Sales Manager with proposal creation

? Assist the Accounting Department  with creating reports and spreadsheets

?Answering roll over phones on a small switchboard

?Direct calls, taking messages and forwarding calls as needed 

?Sorting and distributing the mail and incoming faxes

?Scheduling and setting up the conference room as needed

?Greet visitors and employees upon arrival

?Ordering catering for meetings/guests

?  Preparing courier package and distributing incoming courier packages

? Ordering, preparing purchase orders, distributing supplies to employees and 

ordering office suppliesFiling, misc. tasks as needed

 

Skills Required  1-3 years recent customer service or front office experience Phone Experience  Typing 40 WMP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a plus
