Management Assistant/Work w/ Top SF Designers & Architects!!! SFCAW-19063

If so here is the dream job you have been awaiting! As our Assistant Manager you will provide the highest level of administrative, project management and problem solving support to management to enable management to spend up to 60% of their time working with and developing employees and customer business.

Job Responsibilities
?  Assist in showroom event planning.
?  Review and compare bids from various vendors and make recommendations to management.
?  Coordinate with Director of Marketing to develop mailers for various marketing efforts.
?  Act as showroom liaison with operations and building issues such air conditioning repair; plugging and repairing leaks; extending air conditioning for after-work time; plumbing; problems with the loading dock; security issues; construction, as requested.
?  Compile, record on monthly expense spreadsheet, and process all approved showroom invoices and send to Accounts Payable.
?  Maintain Petty Cash, the company checkbook and the managers? corporate American Express Cards.
?  Assist in the recruiting and hiring of new employees by:
?  Complete administrative work for new hires.
?  Act as ?eyes and ears? for management when management is out of the showroom
?  Compile information for and generate the bi-weekly Attendance Report and Sick & Vacation Report and submit to management for review and approval.
?  Input daily attendance records into the monthly computer-generated Sick & Vacation Report for management ? e-mail to the VP of Operations and Human Resources.
?  Assemble job Training Manuals as requested by management, including researching and obtaining relevant training materials from other showrooms and/or vendors.

?  Windows 2000, Word, Excel, IMPACT, Knowledge of Digital Camera and printer
