General Summary:
"? Provide high level of support for Sales Manager in a fast paced environment.
"? Coordinate activities and initiatives that support a Sales Team towards excellence in sales as well as excellence in back office administration.
"? Maintain manager"&tm;s business appointment scheduling.
"? Maintain personnel and customer files.
"? Coordinate travel arrangements.
"? Compile articles and reports.
"? Compose and distribute correspondence for manager.
"? Schedule and coordinate training and team events.

Required Skills:
Minimum Requirements:
"? High school diploma
"? Typically four (4) years related business experience including two (2) years as a Secretary. Secretarial experience at FedEx preferred.
"? Typing proficiency, PC experience and ability to use Microsoft Office software.
"? CPS or one (1) year of related college courses preferred.
"? Good spelling, punctuation and basic English grammar skills.
"? Ability to operate standard office equipment.
"? Ability to prioritize mail and telephone calls for manager"&tm;s review and/or action.
"? Good human relations skills.
