The Manager, Digital Conversion Solutions will be the point of contact with the accountability to accomplish all milestones on time, within budget and with a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. The Manager, Digital Conversion Solutions will work with sales and operations team members to develop customer specific proposals. This is a hands-on management position and will serve as the liaison between PBMS and our customers to provide support for implementing process and technology-based solutions.? This position is located in Philadelphia, PA.

Duties and Responsibilities
? Serve as liaison between PBMS and client and with strategic alliance partners (coding, electronic evidence, etc.).
? Responsible for the design, set up, tracking, management, delivery, and quality of scanning, coding, printing, e-discovery, and trial services projects.
? Manage the document imaging staff.
? Prepare project status reports for both internal and external distribution.
? Prepare and maintain cost analysis reports for projects.
? Coordinate client billings for projects.
? Support sales efforts through client meetings, proposal generation, project qualification, training focused on PBMS offerings.
? Responsible for understanding project requirements, production procedures and meeting established production goals with acceptable quality levels.
? Serve as the primary customer and strategic alliance vendor partner contact for the imaging center.
? Participate in the national DSC Imaging effort by documenting new techniques and developments and sharing such information with other DSC centers.

? BA / BS preferred.
? Three years of work experience in litigation support/imaging from a?large law firm or imaging?center.
? Working knowledge of the IPRO suite of imaging production tools, Microsoft Access and Windows 2000 through XP, Adobe, and familiarity with the applications to which we will deliver images and data: Summation, Concordance, Litigator's Notebook, Introspect, DB TextWorks, Alchemy, etc.
? Experience with large-scale document production and trial preparation.
? Experience as a supervisor for the control and management of production processing tasks including document prep, scanning, scan QC, coding, code QC, print reassembly, print QC, PDF naming/QC, data verification or other production-related tasks.
? Proficiency with scanning hardware/software and poor image exception handling.
? Proficiency in data capture and entry of information extracted from legal documents used in litigations and merger & acquisition projects.
? Proficiency in all hardware and software utilized in the conversion center and Document Solutions Center, including copiers, printers, and multi-function devices.
? The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and to allocate resources accordingly.
? Presentation skills required to support the DSC sales team on client calls
? Ability to train PBMS DSC employees regarding the functions of the imaging center.
? Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays, along with the necessary overtime to meet the demands of the center's clientele.
? Some travel may be required.
