We are currently seeking an Operations Services Manager to join us in our Stamford office.
Responsibilities:
?Responsible for managing administrative and infrastructure operations for the Stamford office
?Supervise general business office services including mail services, records center, receptionist/administrative assistant and telephone services, supply and other operational purchasing, security, and hoteling
?Oversee and coordinate Operations Services activities in our Hartford, CT office, working with the Practice Administrator on-site
?Manage area activities including financial analysis and budgeting support, hoteling activities and salary review
?Develop local administrative policies and procedures
?Work closely with Office Leadership to set and maintain service levels
?Responsible for performance management and salary review processes for administrative assistants and operation services for Stamford
?Coordinate workload and other issues related to the administrative assistant job family
?Manage office space and facility requirements, including coordination with building management
?Work with local and national Human Resources (HR) and supervisory teams to implement goal setting, performance evaluations, salary review, training, coaching, recruiting, as well as HR and workplace initiatives and programs for the administrative and operations staff
?Develop and manage occupancy and overhead budgets
?Perform special projects as needed
?Focus attention toward finding ways to help improve procedures and services toward effectively managing the cost of services and to providing exceptional customer service
?Will be cross-trained in office operations and will be expected to fill in where necessary on an as needed basis
Qualifications:
?Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
?Eight years of business experience
?Office management skills in the following areas: facilities, human resources, security, technology, purchasing, hoteling and budgeting
?Previous supervisory experience
?Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
?Ability to work in a time sensitive, highly professional environment
?Strong leadership skills
?Demonstrated ability to take initiative resulting in significant improvement with cost and service
?Strong computer skills
