Manager of Franchise Transfers & Renewals

Rita?s Water Ice Franchise Company, LLC.  The largest franchisor of Italian Ice retail stores with over 380 franchised locations in 14 states is looking for a talented and energetic individual to manage the Franchise Transfer and Renewal process.  The manger will work with existing store owners in the system (franchisees) who wish to sell their store and exit the franchise system.  The Manager will also be responsible for the process when store owners are coming up on their 10 year franchise agreement anniversary and looking to remain in the system.  At that time the current store owner needs to bring the store up to the then current franchise standards to ensure consistency with the entire system.

 

Duties will includeDiscussing marketing strategies to help franchisees find buyers Preparing simple business plans on behalf of franchisees Working with prospective buyers to explain the franchise system Qualifying prospective buyers and assisting them through a detailed transaction process Working with buyers and existing franchisees to obtain financing Communicating corporate policies of transfers and franchise renewals to ensure compliance with the franchise system Working with third parties such as landlords, banks, etc. to help solve problems and keep deals moving forward
