Manufacturing Assistant (Grapevine, TX)

Description:
Eaton Electrical is a leading manufacturer of Panelboards and Switchboards for the commercial and construction industries. Presently, we have one immediate opening for a Manufacturing Assistant at our plant in Grapevine, TX. The primary focus of this position is providing customer service, clerical and other manufacturing support for the location. Additional responsibilities include requesting open order reports from AS400 and releasing shipping papers for shipments, retrieving Bid Manager order and drawing information daily, preparing and distributing order folders, preparing MI's/work orders for all parts and enclosed breaker orders, confirming daily shipments in Vista (order entry system), performing invoice coding and processing, and the necessity to work well in a team based environment. Qualifications:
a) High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent Associates Degree preferred.

c) Experience working in a team environment.

d) Proficient usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

e) Must have good customer service skills.

f) Must be able to handle multiple tasks at a given time.
