Manufacturing Supervisor

Job duties for this position include, but are not limited to; meeting daily production schedules for a product line, while ensuring production is completed in compliance with corporate Environmental Health and Safety Regulations. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in production by utilizing lean manufacturing principles. In addition, you will supervise hourly employees, and require that they follow all Company policies and procedures.

Associates Degree.

3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, or a bachelors degree in a related discipline. Bilingual, Spanish/English preferred.
