Marketing Administrative Associate to $37K

Great opportunity for a responsible and energetic individual to work as a Marketing Administrative Associate for a dynamic consulting firm. The qualified candidate must have the desire to work in a fast paced business environment and possess the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. This would be the perfect position for an organized individual with strong administrative skills and solid verbal and written communication skills. The Marketing Administrative Associate would be responsible for providing support in connection with the marketing and business of development activities, including events, the creation of marketing and promotional material, as well as copy editing and proofreading. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining and updating the client database as well as web content, generating monthly project status reports and project calendars, performing administrative functions, coordinating executives? schedules and maintaining calendars. The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor?s degree, two to five years of work experience preferably in consulting, excellent computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This is a great job for the individual who loves a challenge and wants to make a difference in a successful, growing company.
