General Responsibility : Provide administrative and graphics support to the Marketing/Business Development Group.

Requirements:

Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good working knowledge of? various graphics programs (Photoshop, Illustrator & ?In Design, Quark)
Advanced Outlook skills
Strong detail orientation and organizational abilities
Able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines.
Flexible, a proactive team player
Well developed editing and proofreading skills
Professional demeanor

Specific duties will include but are not limited to:

?
Maintenance of mailing lists & database files
Assisting ?Marketing Manager with Proposals,? RFPs, RFQs
Assisting Public Relations Manager with PowerPoint Presentations
Coordinating all promotional activities with Public Relations Manager
Updating and maintenance of all existing marketing materials.
